SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST: Requires 3 copies, 3 envelopes, 3 First Class postage stamps & 1 delivery Confirmation form available at your local Post Office.

STRONGLY SUGGESTED OPTION: Enclose a photo of yourself, your children and/or your family, your home or your city. 1. You immediately become a real and concerned citizen in their minds. 2. If they dishonor your request, they are dishonoring you personally. 3. If they throw it in the garbage, they subconsciously realize they have just thrown another citizen in the garbage. 4. They realize that you and your desires are the same as theirs. 5. They understand that you are not living in fear and subservient to their actions. (You have just elevated your status from just a piece of paper with words to a living, caring and concerned Voter.)

Nevada Revised Statute, Chapter 239 – Public Record can be found on-line at http://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/NRS-239.html and outlines all procedures for obtaining Nevada public records.

IMPORTANT: Request 1 legislative bill only per form.

1. Submit Your Request to the Legislative Counsel Bureau Legislative Building, 401 S. Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701-4747

Please submit your requests with a means of tracking delivery (such as Certified Mail or the less expensive the  lime-green, delivery confirmation sticker used by the U.S. Postal Service which allows you to go on-line at USPS and print out a copy of the date of the letters’ receipt.)

 2. Please email a copy of your submitted Open Records Request to Dennis Grover at leadership@nevadafreedomalliance.com or by regular mail to: 2790 Wrondel Way #41, Reno, Nevada 89502 so that he can track all requests should they be “misplaced” or ignored by the Legislative Counsel Bureau.  (Your name will be added to the Nevada Freedom Alliance website unless you request otherwise.)

 3. Send an additional copy to the Nevada Attorney General 100 North Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701-4717
